Ingredients:- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

– 4 slices of ham

– 4 slices of Swiss cheese

– 1 tablespoon olive oil

– 1 teaspoon garlic powder

– 1 teaspoon paprika

– Salt and pepper, to taste

– Fresh parsley, for garnish (optional)

Instructions:1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

2. Lay the chicken breasts flat on a cutting board and use a sharp knife to cut a pocket into each breast. Be careful not to cut all the way through.

3. Season the inside of each chicken breast with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.

4. Place a slice of ham and a slice of Swiss cheese inside each pocket of the chicken breast.

5. Close the pocket by pressing the edges together. You can secure with toothpicks if needed.

6. Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.

7. Carefully place the stuffed chicken breasts into the skillet and sear for about 2-3 minutes on each side, until golden brown.

8. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and no longer pink in the center.

9. Remove the skillet from the oven and let the chicken rest for a few minutes before serving.

10. Garnish with fresh parsley, if desired, and serve hot.

Note: Make sure to remove any toothpicks before serving. This dish pairs well with roasted vegetables or a side salad. Enjoy your delicious ham and cheese stuffed chicken breast!
