XDefiant’s loadout selection offers an abundance of powerful weapons to dominate the matches. Yet, a few of them feel slightly less robust or are just downright tricky to move around with. We’re here to show the best XDefiant guns with our tier list, ranking both Primary and Secondary Weapons.

The XDefiant S Tier compiles the best Assault Rifles, SMGs, and LMGs to use. Most of the list showcases ARs, each with their own beneficial usage. For example, the M16A4 excels in both long and close-range attacks. It’s rare to see an Assault Rifle have such a range, but this unique feature will undoubtedly make matches much more accessible.
Although I’ve always been an SMG enthusiast, I was surprised that an LMG could have enough power to reach S Tier. Considering their massive size, these weapons are usually challenging to wield, yet their mobility is easy to manage with the right controller settings. The M60 is an excellent choice as an LMG due to its significant ammo size and elite firepower. I’ve gone up the ranks several times using this bad boy, and it always comes in clutch, no matter the distance.
But if you prefer even more mobility, the MP7 SMG is your best bet. Everything about this gun feels smooth in movement speed, which could make it easier to run from gunfire.
Aside from the MP7, the Vector .45 ACP is one of the best-starting weapons in XDefiant. The only reason it’s at the A Tier is due to its reduced mobility stats. It’s still a good SMG, but if you want more ammo, go for the P90.
